Carpet needs to be replaced with hard floors. Room smelled musty/moldy. Thankfully, you can open the windows to air out a bit.

The room was filthy. Food and dirt around the wall/carpet. Floor felt wet. Walls and door had dirty black stains.

We had a great stay here. The room was clean. The staff was friendly and it's right in the heart of Pinetop-Lakeside. We will definitely be back!
