- DMDwayne MaynardOct 20, 20251.0Horrible customer service. Rooms did not match picture/description on Expedia site. Breakfast is mid. Rooms are outdoor ( Motel) and pictures don’t show that. Beds are comfortable and pillows are nice but that’s all I can say good about this place. Much better HOTEL options across the steeet for the same price.
- OOOddebearOct 14, 20251.0I called because the place was refusing to give me a refund even though I cancelled before 4 pm. A lady answered and said that she had no clue what to do for me and said that my booking was reactivated after i cancelled so they treated me as a no show, even though I did not reactivate it. She continued to act like she could do nothing for me. I would go to comfort inn or any other hotel here that wont take your money and go against their own policy.
