  My recent stay at the Best Western inn Jasper was truly wonderful and exceeded my expectations, offering incredible value for the price. The location is spectacular, The room itself was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, featuring a great pillowtop mattress and premium bedding that made for an excellent night's sleep. Having a microwave and refrigerator in the room was a huge convenience. A major highlight was the complimentary breakfast buffet. It was ample, tasty, and had a wide variety of options—much better than typical hotel fare. The staff, from the front desk to the housekeeping team, were consistently friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. They truly contributed to a seamless and pleasant coastal getaway. I highly recommend this hotel and would absolutely book a return trip

  Room was clean and updated however area is really bad high crime area watched somebody get arrested across the street rooms are very far away from the diningarea for breakfast and there's a lot of traffic

  This was THE WORST Best Western I've ever visited. It was a motel instead of a hotel. We had reserved 2 rooms for our stay. The rooms looked clean, however they had an odor, and in both rooms there were roaches on the bed pillows and walls. We returned to the office immediately, expressed our concerns, and requested refunds. When we asked the young lady at the front desk if they've had complaints about roaches, she said yes and stated that management would normally spray the rooms. DO NOT STAY HERE EVEN IF THE OFFERED THE ROOMS FREE!
