- JMJR MartinSep 12, 20251.0The sink in my room did not drain well and I could not increase the temperature on the A/C. I tried speaking to the front desk people about a discount. One told me that when they spoke to the manager, she said she couldn't do anything because I booked through a third party. I responded back and said I booked directly through the Best Western website. He then said he would have the manager contact me. I spoke to the other front desk person that was there in the morning and she said she would have the manager contact me. The manager never contacted me.
- OOOneHandWonderSep 7, 20254.0This was a good stop halfway to Gulf Shores Alabama from our home in Kentucky. The desk attendant was so nice. The continental breakfast had so many choices. The place was definitely clean. It is an older hotel that is really a motel with the outside doors and stairwells. The first room we were put in the tv was messed up and would not shut off or turn the volume down lower. So we moved to a different room which was a good room, very spacious with 2 sinks. The only thing wrong in that one was the bath tub had a constant drip that we could not turn off. It was fine, it did not keep us awake or anything. The place could use some updating but it was a decent stop just to sleep one night on our way to the beach.
