My personal experience here wasn't too great. The room itself didn't have much privacy. There was only mesh curtains. There wasn't actual solid curtains or blinds of any sort, which made me uncomfortable. They didn't have the door hangers to put up on your door for privacy. I simply don't like anyone going into my room where I keep my person belongings. The location wasn't the best. There isn't much around there. The complimentary breakfast is a hard pass. The food was cold. The Texas shaped waffle maker doesn't cook your waffle all the way through. The coffee was decent. I opted for a granola bar because the food wasn't good, only to find out the granola bars were stale. I do not recommend the breakfast. When we first arrived no one was at the front desk. Finally a sweet lady came up and helped us out. She was very polite and was probably the best thing about this place. The room itself wasn't very clean. The shower curtain was gross(I'm so glad I took my shower shoes). Would I go back? Probably not.
Very disappointed with my stay. The room was extremely dirty — the floors hadn’t been cleaned, the bathroom was in terrible condition, and there was dust and stains everywhere. I couldn’t feel comfortable staying in the room at all. For the price they charge, this was unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and will never ever come back here.
Staff is rude, stove top doesn't work, roaches, there was a lot poop stuck to the inside of the toilet when we first walked into our room but we're assured the room was clean 🙄 I wouldnt recommend
The manager is HORRIBLE. Do not come to this location: please refrain from booking here. The rooms are disgusting, there was thick dried yellow pee on the toilet, the bedding was dirty, there was food left in the cabinets( we had a small kitchen in our room) the pull out couch was soiled, no sheets, and holes in the mattress. The elevator does not have the current if any inspection certificate and it sounds like its going to break there is also a 5 inch gap when the door opens and the elevator is still adjusting while the doors are opening. After numerous attempts to find a resolution through Best Western (they can't do anything through corporate for some reason) and numerous attempts and days for management to contact us back we are left with no other options but to leave a review in hopes we can prevent others from experiencing a horrible stay.
From the beginning this was not good, the room was a mess, something on the wall, toilet seat with dried pee, and left food in the cabinet. The elevator sounded like a death trap and they did not have an inspection certificate. The pool had tons of dead spiders in it and the hot tub barely worked. The roor did not latch properly and someone came to the wrong room and was able to just push it open. I made a waffle for breakfast and it tasted horrible, almost fermented. I noticed the night staff putting out breakfast at 11 pm, maybe it was left out without cooling. I asked for the owner DK to contact me and heard the front desk tell him. He did not call so I contacted customer service, they asked him to call me and them as well. 5 days later, no reponse and customer service had no response either. There are other hotels right across the street, stay there instead!
