  Avant toute chose je voulais remercier SHANDA la personne de l'accueil qui m'a beaucoup beaucoup beaucoup aidé lorsque ma voiture est tombée en panne. Je lui suis EXTRÊMEMENT RECONNAISSANTE pour toute son aide. L'hôtel est très bien placé et les chambres sont très bien

  Upon arrival staff was friendly and accommodating. Got to our room to find blood splatter on the ceiling, across the bathroom door, and corner of the wall. I immediately went to the front desk to inform them of the issue. They immediately gave us another room. I expected more from best Western. Never having had any issue with the cleanliness of my rooms until now. It was more then just disappointing but unsanitary. I would have expected an urgency from the front desk to send someone immediately to clean that room and to offer to comp my stay. Neither of which happened. The original room didn't get cleaned until the next day and I'm not even sure if they were notified by the evening shift about the blood splatter. Overall disgusted and disappointed.

  My overall review is positive with the exception of extremely low water pressure in the wash basin(sink)as well as the toilet left room for improvement.

  Awful older motel that hasn't been well maintained. We checked in around 4pm and immediately noticed the room smelled of mold, the tv, and air conditioner both didn't work. When I reported this to the staff they said there was nothing they could do about. Went down for breakfast in the morning around 7:30, and there was no food. When they finally did get more food put out it was cold, and disgusting. Will not stay at this location again, and recommend you avoid the nightmare as well.

  Somewhat a challenge to locate intially as it's off a side street. The staff is great, but the breakfast was very poor. The bread and bagels were hard as a rock and there was not even a way to cut a bagel if you wanted to try to toast it anyhow. Additionally there was no butter or cream cheese options for the bread. I had specifically chose this hotel for the breakfast option, but would have been better off finding a cheaper place and just purchasing food at a restaurant. The room was okay, and the bed was comfortable. I did like it had a refrigerator and a microwave in the room. I did also like they had a laundry room, but there is only one washer and one dryer that you have to use at your own risk as there is no security cameras located in it, and it's easily accessible to the public as its an outside entrance.
