  I had my wedding at sylvan ridge farm and the best western was one of their recommend places to stay for guests. I had all my groomsmen , family and friends stay there. Unfortunately I wish I picked another hotel. It started when one of my groomsmen and his wife found bedbugs in their room. As they begin to search the bed for anymore bedbugs / other bugs, they came across a vibrator under the mattress. When they go to the front desk to explain the issue, they got accused of planting the vibrator so that they can get a free room. The customer service they receive was rude and disrespectful. Leading them to find a different hotel to stay at because they refused to give them money after being disrespected. Between the rude customer service and bedbugs. To know my wedding guest got treated like that at this hotel is extremely embarrassing. I’d recommend that if you are hosting a wedding at Sylvan ridge farm you guide your guest elsewhere to a different hotel and will be informing sylvan ridge farm of the incident that occurred.

  BEWARE!!! As soon as we checked in, my boyfriend went to use the restroom and got STUCK IN THERE because the doorknob fell off. I immediately called the front desk. It took about 15 minutes for them to get somebody up there and a full half hour to get him out. THEN, they stayed in the room for another almost hour putting the door knob on while we were laying in bed. Watching TV like so uncomfortable and weird. They didn't offer us another room. They didn't just leave the door knob off and let us alone. There was blood on the ceiling. What I could only hope was coffee all over the walls. The carpet was ripped. It looked like the bathroom ceiling was going to cave in because it was so far slanted. The ceiling tiles were damaged from water. This room was nearly $400. Oh and the world will tub barely worked. When I went to check out I was told that they gave me the refund I asked for but they told me that I'm not allowed to come back. Why? Because your door knob broke? Lolol I was not planning on going back but definitely not the place to go

  This place could really use a remodel. Bathrooms show signs of water damage and mold. Carpets are old and gross looking. The staff here is great though.

  Awesome staff, especially the wonderful woman running the breakfast on 9/16. She was fabulous! Our room had a lovely view of a small pond, it was quite scenic. The room was nice and tidy, the Continental breakfast was great! It's pet friendly, my cat loved it. Right off the highway, very convenient for travelers. I would recommend this place.
