  Après avoir effectué une réservation avec mes point de fidélité pour un ami dans le besoin, un membre du personnel à proposer de se faire payer en argent comptant puisque mon ami n’avais pas de carte de crédit pour réservé Il a donc voulu se faire un peu d’argent sans que l’hôtel ne sois au courant de cette accord Nous somme samedi le 1 novembre 20:45 Sachez que c’est une très mauvaise idée d’essayer de soutirer de l’argent à ceux qui n’en n’ont déjà pas assez pour manger Et sachez que je ne réserverais plus dans votre hôtel ce qui est très dommage puisque je louais régulièrement des chambres pour mon travail ce qui faisais de moi un très bon client membre platinum en plus des généreux pourboires que je laissais Dommage Bonne fin de soirée à vous

  Hôtel bien situé à Brossard parties communes propres mais voilà. Chambres catastrophiques sur le plan propreté,salle de bain idem,très bruyant dans les couloirs petit déjeuner l'amentable et cerise sur le gâteau parking payant et ce sans en avoir été averti. Le mieux est de passer son chemin

  My husband and I stayed here for one night as we were out of town visiting the area. We had a King Bedroom Suite and the room was very clean. The site is well secured and is a gated area, you need a key to access the parking and the building. The service was greater than a 5 star. The breakfast was a hot continental and it was one of the best ones we have ever been to. We plan on coming back again in the future. We stayed at many hotels and this one is the best one for us.

  the good: you are surrounded by many places to eat. Atmosphere was fine. The room was ok but was not worth the amount paid. They require a deposit which is a bad sign for me. We found pubic hair in the sink and bathtub which is quite disgusting. It was noisier than i feel it should have been since we were close tot he street. Staff was nice and friendly. One of the light bulbs didn't work and the room in general seemed dark even with all the lights on. Also, the bed linen was oddly loud and plastic feeling. I already have another room booked at another Best Western property and i really hope it's a better experience.

  Prima Hotel, aber man muss beim Frühstück wahnsinnig viel Müll produzieren. Mir klebt dieses blöde Holzbesteck immer an den Lippen kleben. Warum gibt es kein richtiges Geschirr?
