- KTKevin ThompsonNov 3, 20251.0This was by far the worst Best Western we have stayed at. The first room we were given, we discovered was infested with cockroaches. We discovered 2 of the larger ones and at least 4 of the smaller ones, and hundreds of smaller bugs crawling all around our dogs water bowl. We also discovered that our entry door did not lock and could be opened without using the key card. We brought our issues to the front desk, and were given another room at 10:30pm to pack up and move into. We were told that management would get back to us, but it's been a week and we still haven't heard from anyone. The only positive about this place is the location. They charge $40 per day, per pet, in addition to $25 per day to park in their lot. (Most places downtown do this as well). It cost us $573 for 2 days to stay here after the parking and pet fees. Needless to say, we will not be staying here again.
