  We arrived at your hotel around 7:00 PM after a long drive from Northern Utah We were exhausted from our journey. When we checked in, the front desk clerk was not very welcoming. We requested a handicap-accessible room, but the clerk refused our request. We were assigned room on the second level(there’s no Elevator)and we had our two service puppies with us. About an hour after checking in, the front desk called and told us to move our truck, even though it displays a handicap permit. My wife and I spoke with the clerk, but he was rude and unprofessional during the conversation. He even threatened to have our vehicle towed if we did not move it. It is now almost 10:00 PM, and instead of being able to rest, we are worried about the safety of our vehicle. This situation has made us feel very uneasy and unsafe. The entire team and the management are unprofessional they don’t wear name tags or Uniforms. We would not recommend this Hotel to anyone especially folks with disabilities.

  Good hotel and service. Prices were $185+, was paying around $100+ for a comparable room around the country. Most hotels in this town are about the same as this one.

  This hotel is quite literally in the middle of nowhere, it’s an older hotel but was clean and comfy. Cookies in the lobby and pet friendly rooms. This is 2 floors but there is no elevator. Parking can be tight.

  The hotel was clean and comfortable. The front desk assistant was extremely courteous and helpful, and the continental breakfast was one of the best I've ever had. Great value for the price!

  Hotel is very nice. Clean and spacious rooms.. lots of amenities- even cookies and coffee in the lobby! This hotel has the only jacuzzi in the town of Tonopah Nevada and that drew us to spend the extra money ($100) on that special amenity during our 3 day road trip. We arrived to the jacuzzi about 9pm and the bubble jets were not working, maintenance was called and after an hour, still no fix. As patrons, we suggested the breaker may be the problem and sure enough it was that, we enjoyed 15 minutes before the area closed. The next morning the jacuzzi was to open at 9, but unfortunately the maintenance crew was still working at 9:30 and we had to get back on the road. We were not able to get the value of the 'extra' that we spent on this hotel. Proceed with caution when working with the owner of this hotel. She only refunded $30.00 for the amenities not being available and felt that I was unkind by being upset at her lack of customer service in refunding our family more that just $30.
