  Horrible experience! I wanted to try a different hotel this time of the year that our church comes for a retreat to Hesperia, but unfortunately I didn't enjoy my stay. I had a very bad experience with the service and housekeeping of "best western" first and last time staying here. I will go back to my old chain of hotels because my family deserves better!

  Hotel nuovo e pulito, con piscina grande all'interno. Una bella pausa in mezzo al deserto 😁 La camera era spaziosa, la colazione abbondante e varia. Nei dintorni ci sono centri commerciali .

  The hotel itself is really nice. The rooms are laid out well my wife and I really enjoyed our time there like really enjoyed our time. The only complaint I had about the place was the bedding. It was very plasticky. The pillows just slipped out from underneath you and were crappy. They couldn’t stay underneath your head. it was just super gross feeling. I don’t know how to describe it, but it was just bad bad bedding. The mattress was OK firmness wise. I woke up at 2am and debated on waking up the wife and hitting the road because I couldn’t sleep well.
