    Room was clean, breakfast was alright, and the staff were pretty friendly. The gas station next door seems a little sketchy, but overall I had a good experience.

    I was originally supposed to check out on the 10/72025 but on 10/6/2025, I left out about 7 am in the morning and returned about 2:30 to 3:00 pm that evening only to find my room door wide open. I immediately stopped and jumped out of the car fearing that my personal belongings would be gone. I noticed that the carpet was wet and the air conditioner was on. I checked all my stuff and nothing was missing. I caught one of the room maids as she was leaving work and told her what had happened. She told me that they cleaned the carpets in all of the rooms and I should go tell the front desk. Keep in mind that my privacy card was on the door. So, I packed up my stuff in my car and went around to the front desk. I told her what had happened and I wanted to check out and to be refunded for the 6th. There was a lady training and she went back and talked to the manager and came back and told me that it’s after 3:00 pm and she could not refund my money. So, I asked to speak to the manager and she came up and I told her what happened. It was about 5:00 pm then and she said what have you been doing for two hours? I replied, packing my things. Of course, checking them & talking with the room maid also took time. She replied, I not refunding your money. I replied I going to call the corporate office. I call the corporate office (CR1095547) and talked to the representative and told her what had happened. She put me on hold and talked with the manager. When she returned to talk with me, she stated that the manager said all guest were informed that the rooms would be entered. That was a lie because I received no memo, phone call or nothing. Then she stated it was after 3:00 pm and she will not refund the money. The manager never said she was sorry for what had happened or nothing. She just did not want to refund the money for that night. So, a say to your hotel, keep that 100 dollars because I come home at least once a month, sometimes twice and always stayed at your hotel. That adds up to at least $2,000.00 to $3,000.00 each and every year. But I will never stay there again. I was very disappointed in the way I was treated. I am a professional engineering manager and she (the hotel manager) was very unprofessional nor caring.

    Hotel is great right off the highway, with breakfast the next morning. Rooms were nice and clean. BIG plus is having the Mexican restaurant right off the lobby.
