    I have stayed at this location on many occasions. It's close to family and we are able to bring our pets. But recently I stayed here traveling solo where on the last night a very scary incident happened in the room next door which caused me to leave at approximately 2am. The only thing I wanted to be compensated for was the last night. Hotel management seem to have agreed and I went to the airport, changing my flights. Upon me arriving at home, I called hotel management back and they denied me any sort of refund or compensation for the last evening and they did not care that it was a safety concern. Management seemed heartless and said nothing could be done. I will never stay at this location and I will make sure anyone I know that is traveling to this area, will not stay at this hotel. Go elsewhere.

    It is a basic motel. You are not getting anything special. BUT, it was very clean. Both the rooms and the property are well maintained. All staff that I interacted with were professional and nice. The free breakfast was basic but good.

    Stay was ok but not great. Breakfast is mediocre and was often low or out of things. They have sign up saying they’re trying to win best breakfast and to give them a good review so I’m wondering if that’s why there’s so many rave reviews. Bed was comfortable. Walls are thin so not very quiet. Mostly clean apart from the cobwebs in every corner and mold on the bathroom ceiling. Sketchy looking light fixtures. Hair dryer kept falling off the wall. Remote to the tv stopped working. My room key stopped working. I was told around 10pm by one worker I didn’t need to go into the office to check out and then a few hours later as I tried to check out was told by someone else I did have to go to the office and when I got there a minute later there was no one there. Just a bunch of little nuances that added up to make it a less than amazing stay.

    Jewel puts together a great breakfast! Hot, fresh and abundant! All of the Best Western staff and management have been friendly and accommodating to our needs. We will stay here again next time in Hendersonville NC!!

    I was originally supposed to check out on the 10/72025 but on 10/6/2025, I left out about 7 am in the morning and returned about 2:30 to 3:00 pm that evening only to find my room door wide open. I immediately stopped and jumped out of the car fearing that my personal belongings would be gone. I noticed that the carpet was wet and the air conditioner was on. I checked all my stuff and nothing was missing. I caught one of the room maids as she was leaving work and told her what had happened. She told me that they cleaned the carpets in all of the rooms and I should go tell the front desk. Keep in mind that my privacy card was on the door. So, I packed up my stuff in my car and went around to the front desk. I told her what had happened and I wanted to check out and to be refunded for the 6th. There was a lady training and she went back and talked to the manager and came back and told me that it’s after 3:00 pm and she could not refund my money. So, I asked to speak to the manager and she came up and I told her what happened. It was about 5:00 pm then and she said what have you been doing for two hours? I replied, packing my things. Of course, checking them & talking with the room maid also took time. She replied, I not refunding your money. I replied I going to call the corporate office. I call the corporate office (CR1095547) and talked to the representative and told her what had happened. She put me on hold and talked with the manager. When she returned to talk with me, she stated that the manager said all guest were informed that the rooms would be entered. That was a lie because I received no memo, phone call or nothing. Then she stated it was after 3:00 pm and she will not refund the money. The manager never said she was sorry for what had happened or nothing. She just did not want to refund the money for that night. So, a say to your hotel, keep that 100 dollars because I come home at least once a month, sometimes twice and always stayed at your hotel. That adds up to at least $2,000.00 to $3,000.00 each and every year. But I will never stay there again. I was very disappointed in the way I was treated. I am a professional engineering manager and she (the hotel manager) was very unprofessional nor caring.
