  Check in was easy room was clean. The security latch on the door didn't line up didn't work. Front door didn't seem to shut correctly. The hotel staff were friendly would return minor issues. The breakfast situation is not good. Went to get the included breakfast at the restaurant next door, wasn't even acknowledged waited for 15 minutes without anyone greeting us or taking our order or any contact at all. No wonder the restaurant is going out of business. The terrible experience at the restaurant left a negative impression on us for the entire experience.

  Very nice facility completely upgraded. The bed was so S O F T!! Everything was in working order. Large parking lot can accommodate RVs. Definitely a return to property.

  I would like to sincerely thank Chris, the receptionist, for his exceptional hospitality. His warmth and friendliness made me feel truly welcomed and set a wonderful tone for my stay.

  I recently needed to find a last minute hotel for a work trip and was pleasantly surprised to stumble upon this hotel. As a woman traveling alone, I was very nervous about finding a hotel in the area at such a last minute but this was exactly what I was looking for. Not having a vehicle, I was able to walk everywhere I needed to go for coffee and food. There is an awesome local coffee shop across the street and many local tourist locations (governors mansion, bronze skull statue, capitol building, and the cathedral to name a few) I was able to see while there since the hotel was so close to everything. While I wasn’t able to utilize the breakfast due to the time I left for the airport, I always try to find a hotel that has this option. Their quick grab coffee in the morning was fresh and just what I needed for a pick me up. Another key reason I chose this hotel was for the airport service. This prevented me from needing to order an Uber and spend additional money to get to the airport. The staff helped me set up a pick up time in the morning, and they were on time and professional. The front desk staff were so helpful at my check in the night before and at check out in the morning. If I am ever in the area again, I will be sure to stay here again. Thanks for the great experience. My room was clean and smelled fresh. I had a beautiful view of the mountains from my window. While there was a small casino next door, there wasn’t any noise outside the hotel.
