I had a good experience and in the morning I woke up very excited to continue my trip.

Wifi speed was excellent. The only reason I gave the location 4 stars is 198 freeway noise and the difficulty of turning left (north) from Cadillac to 11th Ave.

The front desk agent, young Hispanic male (didn’t get name because I was baffled and put off) told me “no I can’t do that you have to rent the room.” I then asked what if I don’t like the room? Am I stuck with it? And he replied “yup basically” this is verbatim. I was planning on booking a week stay as I had to come into town for an impromptu situation. I just didn’t want to be in a room that had a funny smell, a/c didn’t work well or was loud ect. By no means am I unreasonable. This was just horrible customer service. I went to comfort inn and they gladly showed me a room and I made my reservation right then and there. Something to think about for whoever run this property who missed out on a potential repeat customer. I will never recommend this place nor will I ever stay here due to this.

I got off work early, and the front desk assistant, Mariano, was very professional and got me into the room a few minutes early. The room was clean, and the property was well-maintained. Good looking out, Mariano, I'll let my employer know I'm pleased with Best Western!
