- BBBrandonSep 1, 20255.0We ended up booking this place as we WEre having issues with a rental car with a dead battery and key fob while also doing with Air Canada flight rebookings/cancellations. The gentleman who checked us in at the front desk was very polite and went beyond expectation to try and assist us. The next morning our rental car battery died and the front agent Vickie was able to give us by going above and beyond giving us her personal booster cables to get us going and be able to return the car which the company was not very good to us and would not use roadside to get us. This was a lifesaver. There was a bit off odd room noise here and again that we couldn't figure out but overall a good stay with amazing front desk staff.

- PFPam FryJun 25, 20255.0Very clean rooms. Comfortable beds. The complimentary breakfast is a nice feature and a great way to start the day. The location is convenient if you're visiting the Halton Hills area. The staff, especially the breakfast room staff are very friendly.
