  The bedding had pee stains. When we brought it up to the front desk they just said “we will give you new sheets” unfortunately it was on the mattress protector. The pool was gross and cloudy. My daughter ended up with a skin infection that we’ve been going back and forth with to the doctors. Stay anywhere else but here!

  I had a wonderful stay at the Best Western Greenfield Inn! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and full of charm. The staff were welcoming and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. My room was spacious and quiet, and the bed was very comfortable — I slept great!

  Went to dinner and the waitress paid attention to a birthday party and didn't take care of her other customer ,on 4 tables. Bartender waited on us - perfect,food great. Hot tub wasn't working but another guest stated it worked earlier. Kids under 10 in hot tub and spa when clearly marked no one under 18 allowed. The worst thing was the heat didn't work ..low 40/50. Won't come here again

  Does the job of providing a clean room. Rooms are dark, no safety deposit box. Rooms not facing the freeway are not noisy.

  I would like to recant my previous review it must of been the tequila talking clearly and the color of the hotel was cute some of the staff members were super nice but some were not but your paying Hilton resort prices for rooms that are comparable to a TravelLodge the beds have box springs in them the bathroom floor was filthy and the AC didn’t work
