  Best Western was critical in helping with transitioning to my new home. Without this hotel, the entire moving process would have fallen apart, and I would have been left without a place to stay for at least 3 days before I could move into my new house. Moving is always rough, but being in limbo with no place to stay would have been terrible, so kudos to Best Western for being there and being accommodating! The building and rooms are a little older, which is kind of to be expected in an area like Green Valley. But using a suite or similar room is a really good setup for special situations. The service itself was excellent, and kudos to Best Western for being willing to accommodate pets! Boarding my two cats in a kennel wasn't going to be an option so Best Western really came through!

  Staff was outstanding during check in and my stay. Restaurant could not have been nicer. The hotel location and services were great. My only slight note is the room was slightly shop worn, but nothing serious and I did repairs were being done. I would stay here again and recommend this location to be central for shopping, eating and business. Anthony M. Destin, FL

  Room was great restaurant not so much always got food cold could never find waitress or bartender had to wait 20 minutes for one drink and then the bartender was rude more than one occasion

  Nicely maintained older property. Restaurant on premises. Good food. Friendly help. Creative menu. Cooked complementary breakfast to order as well as offered full breakfast menu. Green Valley seems to be a lively retirement community. Happy Hour Karaoke at the Hotel was standing room only. Lively crowd. Nicely located for participating in activities further S along I-19 or back toward Tucson. Bathroom plumbing tired though. Drains need Roto Rooter type service. Vanity sink drain very slow. Running water backs up. Same for tub while showering. Toilet needs tune up. Not flushing well. I would stay here again for sure.
