The service here is excellent — the staff are friendly, helpful, and make you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. The property is clean, well-kept, and very comfortable, making it a perfect place to stay whether you’re just passing through La Vernia or spending a few days in town. The location is convenient and easy to get to, and the amenities make for a relaxing stay. Highly recommend — just remember to know your own limits if you’re enjoying the bar or drinks during your visit!
- BSBill SchmidtJul 20, 20252.0This hotel is clean. Town is quiet. I have stayed here several times this year. Price is Wayyyyyyy too high. I won't be staying here any more because of the price. It's more tolerable to drive 30 mins from San Antonio then to pay the $$
- NDNiaha DysonJul 15, 20251.0I caught a ringworm that still lingers after 11 days and counting. The rooms are extremely unclean. The bathrooms are extremely gross and smelly. I accidentally placed my arm on the shower to catch myself from falling and receive a nasty ringworm the next morning even after attempting rewash my arm off in the shower. They’re not cleaning the toilets as they smell like a public bathroom that’s never been cleaned for years. It smells like feces to say it in a nicer way. The rooms smell like urine and the rooms are moist from humidity. The hallways are extremely hot. In order to feel AC, you’d have to turn it down extremely low in the rooms. The cleanliness and sanitation is just extremely poor!!!
