  My family and I stayed at the hotel 2 days ago. Room was nice and service was good but we had no water in the room and the whole hotel. So we couldn't shower, flush the toilet, and no contental breakfast. Also you can hear all the traffic from the room.

  The hotel was very clean and the room also. This was our first time we stayed at this hotel. Hotel staff were all very nice. The lady who worked the breakfast was fantastic. The food for breakfast was great. When we go to Hershey again we will definitely stay again.

  I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff were super friendly and made me feel welcome from the start. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The location is also convenient, which made things even better. Overall, it was a great experience and I’d definitely come back again.

  BED BUGS!!! My family and i decided to stay for 1 night as we were on a road trip and made a last minute reservation to spend the night at the best western, little did we know as we were gathering our things the next morning getting ready to check out next to my 2 month old that was laying on the bed we saw a bed bug crawling on the bed.. horrible experience as we did not want to take any bugs home with us, this caused great inconvenience for my family and manager refused to give us refund instead he wanted to give us reward point which i did not want bc why would i go back to stay with them.
