- BLBobbye L LewisOct 23, 20251.0My husband stayed here with a company he was traveling with and had been there a few days already. He asked to change rooms and the woman at the front desk named Nicole helped him make a reservation for the room he needed. After getting it done the woman Nicole came back and said he coudnt have the room because how he booked it wasn’t paying enough for the room. So after a discussion continued he decided to move motels. This hotel the internet is not good it hardly ever works. Customer Service from Nicole she is very mean and hateful. Would not uphold the reservation she helped to make. He had a friend that had the room before whom paid less than he did for the room. The motel is run down not the best. But beware when you make a reservation here it may not be the room you get! Depends on if you paid enough money for it! Will not stay here again! There was also cockroaches in my room And water pressure was not good.
