  Overall a great hotel for the price. Have stayed at this location multiple times due to my work using best westerns all across Canada. Rooms are a bit outdated at this location- not as nice compared to most best westerns. Staff was super friendly! One negative is parking for a bigger vehicle/trailer. Was a big tight to fit a truck and trailer combo but made it work. Italian Resturant "Padrinos" was fairly decent- food was above average but nothing special. Great for somone who is tired and wants the convenience of eating within the hotel with food that's decent. Negative point was the Tarimasu was probably one of the worst I've ever had. Very bland and soggy like it's been sitting in water Room was clean as usual like every other best western, and being a diamond member the water and cookies was a nice treat - very good cookies almost like they are homemade Overall this is a decent hotel and no real issues- would stay here again

  I have been staying here for the month due to work. The hotel is clean, excellent service, rooms are very nice. The gym is great, food amazing. The only think I would change is the noise from The pub on a Friday night lol. Otherwise, FIVE STARS !!!

  Traveling with our pets. Enter room, one pet finds an Oreo cookie under the bed (in 30 seconds flat). While sitting at the desk, I drop an airport, picked it up with a tuffet of pet hair on it. I understand it is a per friendly room, but a little bit of hygiene and cleaning would be appreciated. We paid extra to have our pets in the hotel, not for us to sleep in the barn. Not happy with level of cleanliness, paying over $200/night... Do better!

  Great place, clean, nice room. But TV was locked so couldn't broadcast our own shows, that was a bummer.

  Room was refreshed daily. To the woman who started the morning shift on the front desk during the week, your customer service is lacking majorly. I said good morning and how are you on several occasions and you barely said hello or even acknowledged my presence. To the women that ran the breakfast room on the weekend, you barely made the experience pleasant and again barely said hello or hi when I entered the room and acknowledged you. To the gentleman the is in charge of the breakfast room mon-fri, you made my morning with your kind welcome and great service. Unfortunately due to the lack of hospitality from MOST of the the staff, I would not recommend this hotel to anybody. Please people go stay elsewhere!
