  This place is great! Good price, nice motel and the staff are very friendly. Nadine is very knowledgeable about her job and the surrounding area. The breakfast ambassador, Josephine is great also, she kept everything filled and did an awesome job. We will be back

  Amazing service, the best manager, friendly staff. Stayed for a month, and had no issues. They have an amazing breakfast every morning that Mrs. Josephine prepares. The staff are all very sweet, the location is peaceful. They have guest laundry at $2 to wash $1.50 to dry. They also have a playground and a picnic area under the trees. Parking was never an issue; you can park right in front of your room. Housekeepers are amazing and friendly. If there was an issue, I have no doubts that they will do whatever they can to fix that if a reasonable request. It has been a delightful stay. The rooms are nice enough for me and my family. They truly will take care of you here. Highly recommend opposed to the expensive lodge across the road and the cheap inns around the area!

  Coming to a hotel on a dark and rainy night is always a gamble as to what you get. We needed a pet friendly room and loved finding a room away from other guests. (Helps keep the dog quieter). The next morning in the sunshine you can see how neat and tidy the hotel is. The breakfast was very good and Josephine made the day much brighter. I observed her giving goodie bags to kids for their trip and always checking to make sure everyone was doing ok. She’s the kind of person that makes a business thrive and the world a better place. Also a shout out to Josie at the front desk. She’s the one who told me how much the reviews mean to the hotel staff.

  Peter and Josie were the best! The small town roadside stay was perfect for what we needed. Would stay again. Pet friendly! Rooms were clean and smelled good. TP rolls had a cute folded design. There were plentiful towels also folded intricately. Breakfast available as early as 630 and open for a few hours. Parking is conveniently located right next to your room giving easy to unloading and loading. Check-in went smoothly and was easy. The nightshift work provided clear instructions for stay, parking, breakfast time and location. She recommended swinging by in the morning to explore and receive detailed recommendations of things to do in the area. Both manager and Josie were friendly, shared stories, and ensured our stay was peaceful and we had everything we needed. The team was prompt with keep the breakfast area stocked and anything in your rooms. The manager shared some of his favorite spots along our route such as Spearfish Canyon Scenic route, Custer State Park, and Wall Drug (full of unique local finds). Josie shared her favorite activities in the area, ways to learn about and appreciate the native culture, and recommended a stop at the 1880 town to see an early settlement frozen in time.

  Older hotel but clean. Staff is excellent 👍. Lady serving the breakfast is the best I have ever seen. She not only does an excellent job keeping everything full ..but she is constantly going around asking how your breakfast is and can she get you anything else. She ask about your stay and travels. Every company should be lucky enough to have employees like her!!!
