- KKKatrinaOct 3, 20251.0No I may not be a resident at the best western BUTTTT since there is never anyone at the lone tree the best western is in charge of running the lone tree and making sure it stays afloat. The employees at the best western are more worried about me going through my window then the meth pipe I found in the room that they just told me to throw away, which tj told 2 other employees “that it was probably theirs and we were just trying to make money”. Those two employees snapped back bc that is 100% false. Other employees are “too busy to be worrying about changing batteries in the doors”. I’m tired of not being heard. Do ur job.
- MSMatt StrommenSep 11, 20254.0Booked with outside source as the motel was pet friendly. Booking company failed to mention the pet friendly option requires $20 per night. Came as a surprise at check in. Otherwise a good enough motel in the oil patch.

I have gone over to the best western countless times and asked them to either look at my door batteries or change them because every other day I have to go next door to get new keys and I don’t know if it’s the keys or my door and to this day no one has come to check it out then they are videoing me crawling in through my window because I can’t get my door open and complain. I’m sorry but if your front desk person (Brooke) would tell the maintenance (Stacey) to look at my door I wouldn’t be complaining. Also I have asked for a screen countless times for my window and have not received one, I have pets and they just do not care to give me a screen. Then (Stacey) I feel as though she emplied that the screen that had been laying on the ground for the 2 months we have been here was our fault. I don’t understand why they are worried about me crawling through the window when there are Litterally people SMOKING WEED IN THE HOTEL.
