Location is near many stores to choose from, rooms clean. The only problem we had was the door keys didn't work and we were exhausted coming from a long trip, also the front desk gave last night the keys to both different couples for the same room! I was inside and someone else's try to open our door(room). Felt awkward Over all is 👍

Loved the easy location to our destinations but the TV didn't work and the front desk tried for all of 3 seconds to fix it and left and we just had no TV our whole stay. Which is important because we wanted to see the local news. And who doesn't want to kick back and watch some movies after a long day gold prospecting

Decent clean hotel for the most part. Love the pool. Be careful of the entry bar at the pool steps is loose. They need to clean the traps more often. To much movement and the discharge bugs into the water everywhere. Front desk was helpful when needed.

We stayed in this hotel over the weekend while visiting my Grandmother for her 90th birthday. My son and I needed to move rooms twice withing 3 hours of arrival. The first room we were in, we were told was clean and ready. The bathroom was disgusting! The toilet had pee everywhere, shower was dirty, sink had dried up gunk inside and on the counters and mirror was disgusting. The lady at the front moved us to a new room and said, "I don't know if I can trust my cleaning crew now." The room seemed ok at first but did smell like animal pee. My son took a shower and asked to shower with his flip flops on because the bottom was so grose. When my son went to sit down on the toilet, the seat popped off and everytime you sat down, the lid will fall and hit your back. It had dried up pee all under the seat and where the toilet is supposed to be locked in. My dad and I then walked down to the office and told the manager who was there. At this point she seemed very irritated. Not sure if it was with us or just the situation in general. She didn't apologize she just said, "thats so weird, someone was just in there yesterday and it was fine. Im completely booked and only have one more room I can put you in. " it took 3 rooms to finally have something decent to stay in. The staff made us feel like they didn't care about what was going on and was just frustrated that we asked to move. With the inconvenience of having to move twice, not to mention I have a fractured back, we didn't feel like we were priority we weren't offered a discount on our room or a free room. We had 3 rooms booked between our family that night. When we checked out to leave the following morning, my dad had brought up what happened and the lady who was there said, "oh, I'm sorry" handed us the receipt and said have a nice day. It was very unprofessional, un sanitary, and very inconvenient. We won't be staying there again, mainly because of how we were treated when a guest was needing help and had to move multiple times. The pictures in the photos are very deceiving. I hope the next guest this happens too, they are more accommodating and nicer. Moat importantly, I hope a.guesa.doesnt have to go through that.
