  Bed bug found in room 114. Front desk apologized and made a note, but still charged the card for full price! Was working late in Geneseo and needed a place to stay, Culver's is across the parking lot for a decent meal. Don't bother calling the front desk, nobody will answer.

  We checked in on 9/12/25 at 2:45 PM and the older fellow who was working was grumpy and surly acting, I did not get his name but he needs to find a different line of work as it sure seemed to me that he didn't like dealing with customers. The room was clean and the bed was good and everything worked as it should.

  We stayed over Labor Day weekend. At first was good, but on the third day coming from a very busy day we were locked out of our room. Went to find out why. Said we did pay but clearly from our credit card they took all 3 days out. Then they stated no pets allowed. But the night and when we booked the room we stated we had a dog. The desk clerk stated he was waving the dog fee. The manager was very rude, we asked him to call the police, so they could see and maybe help us to see our error. So we were out the final night after they kicked us out. We left and moved to the BW in Annawan Il. Thank goodness I I had plenty of points because after using most of my money to book the Geneseo BW. We were able to finish our holiday in Illinois. I have never been so embarrassed. After being a BW rewards person. I have serious doubts of staying again

  Bed bugs! Me and my company have stayed here quite a bit for the last few months. The customer service is always good, but we found bedbugs in our rooms. Something definitely needs to be done.Check your bed before hand.
