  Awesome guest service breakfast was top notch Mrs cheek was so funny and sweet she was on top of it the house keeping staff was awesome and both front desk lady’s were awesome great customer service all around rooms were clean very happy with our stay little higher price but u get what u pay for

  Opal and "Cheeks" are wonderful assests to this company and Brand. Don't lose your 2 best employees! They are what keep people coming back to stay. I have been a rewards member for years. Becoming a rewards member is a must. Points never expire. The customer service in person or over the phone is superb and Best Western is always running lots of promotions where you can double your points or get a free night's stay which is why I love coming here. Other places you never know what your gonna get. The prices here are really good, rooms are always very comfortable, not bad odor, sheets and towels always crisp and clean and free buffet breakfast with plenty to choose from. The only improvement I will say is the housekeeping is not where it should be. I always bring a container of Lysol wipes and I shouldn't have to clean thats what I'm paying for. Although the room looked nice and smelled nice for the most part I did see a lot of visible dirt that housekeeping should have taken care of. Nightstands, microwave and lights witches and on the wall in the bathroom. If I can see it, then they did to. All the dirt came off with the Lysol wipes but it ain't my job. This is why I don't leave housekeeping tips anymore.

  Recently stayed here for the first time(Due to our power being out) and as a local..I was really impressed.Overall the room we stayed in was really nice,very clean,A/C worked great,as well as the fridge and other electronics.Great Big TV with many channels and streaming options available..My grandson(2yrs old) loved having access to all his favorite shows on demand.Staff was friendly.Shot out to my girl Opal who works the front desk in the evenings.She is just one of those people who was made to work in customer service.Super friendly and helpful!!The only complaint is the Continental Breakfast could have been a little better..The juice tasted like water and there wasn't any fresh fruit like I've seen at other places.. However the Eggs were amazing,I went back for seconds lol and in all fairness we did stay during the week and not many people were at breakfast...so I really can't even complain about the fruit...However the juice machine definitely needs serviced ASAP..Other than that our stay has been great and would def stay here again!!!

  Excellent hotel. Very comfortable beds, nice size rooms, staff is extremely helpful, polite,,pleasant & respectful.l * Tgere was only 1 desk clerk that is rude, disrespectful m, condescending and. She always appeared drunk 8ir high... Bitfriendx always hangs
