The reception staff was very rude, had a bad temper, and canceled my stay without any reason.

Our room wasn't cleaned all the way. The faucet wasn't cleaned at all. The bed was half off the box spring. I thought I was working in housekeeping n maintenance. The plug for the phone plug in didn't work either. The refrigerator didn't have a freezer part in it either.
