Amazing experience. Was very well taken care off. It was clean and the complimentary break fast was amazing.

The best part of the hotel was the service at the front desk. The woman named Treasure was fantastic and really worked with us when we were in a bind.

Everything has been Great, they gave us an upgrade because the elevator was not working when we arrived.

I had to wait through the front desk employee's break to check in. Then part of another break to check out. The employees were nice, but the wait was really annoying. The elevator was broken. Fortunately our room was only on the second floor and we only had overnight bags. The stairwells were not air conditioned. The linens and surfaces were quite clean. I've never encountered a harder mattress. Truly surprising every time I sat on it and it didn't give at all. There was a small roach on the bed when we came in. There was also one on the TV stand the next morning. The shower water pressure and heat was excellent. However, the shower stall was quite short and probably would have been a struggle for anyone over 6 foot. The towels were normal low-grade hotel towels. The sheets were polyester and very slippery. The room didn't smell great, but it wasn't too bad. The AC was adequate, but the room was unpleasantly damp. There was no fan in the bathroom, which is perhaps why. The breakfast was decent, clean, and well-stocked with plenty of options. There were a lot of people hanging out in the back of the parking lot. They may have been guests, I don't know. However, the hotel made it clear through signage and parking passes that security is a problem in the area. If I was booking last minute and I had no other simple options, I would stay there again. Otherwise, I'll look for softer beds and fewer bugs.
