  Damp dewy smell in hallway. At a cursory look room is clean but when I closed the bathroom door I observed dust and debris. A fingernail tip to be exact!!! Was moved from 1st room because tub was wet and dirty as well as the toilet.

  Horrible experience, people in the room around the corner were fighting, kids screaming until well after 3 AM. Definitely don’t recommend.

  The place is really not clean. The floors and bathrooms. Towels are soft and clean but not sure of the sheets. It was quiet and breakfast is awful. Even toasting a muffin failed. Best western you need to try harder to clean the rooms and corridors.

  Where do I begin. On a past post a reviewer mentioned the mattresses and was told they were going to be replaced... we'll they have yet to be replaced. The mattress in our room was hard and had a bad dip in the middle. I literally spent all night trying to stay on my side of the bed. The drain in the bathtub was clogged and the bathtub fill with water while I showered. The ceiling tile above the shower is the type used in an office drop ceiling and had absorbed all of the moisture and was molding. The ceiling above the bed was also molding. The security card access did not work on the exit next to our room and people were using the floor mat to hold the door open. This is a huge security issue. Anyone could walk right in. An employee told me that it had been like this for quite a while and management said it would be fixed a long time ago and it still has not. The entrance doors all had spider web and dead bugs all over them. This could be a very nice place to stay if someone would just take a little ownership and fix the place up. I would consider staying here again if some fixed the place up a little. Also for God's sake clean the ice machines. I mean is no one in an ownership position paying attention... Come on guys do your job.

  There was some crazy lady banging on the doors at 4:30 the other morning asking about if her man was Inside I brought it to the staff attention immediately they told her that she could not do that, and she proceeded to go outside and smash the windows out of the guys vehicle. There are now two needles in the parking lot that I have made the staff aware of and nothing has been done an hour and a half later
