TV channels went out and didn't return until the next day. Alarm clock was defective and not replaced.

Hallways smelt like mildew, there was a hole in the ceiling, elevator doesn’t work, not quite like the pictures. Needs a lot of work on. Wont be here again ! There was a leak in the sink and shower, also an hole in the door. And a man walking out one of the rooms with pesticide repellent. Had to wait an hour for fresh clean clothes and towels. I’m assuming under staffed. Again. Needs lots of work !!

Both rooms I tried had a mildew/ mold smell. The hotel is run down with hallways used for storage. I saw a huge 8 foot high pile of cardboard boxes out front and in the lobby. The elevator was broken, so you have to use the stairs. Definitely avoiding best western in the future.

My stay was hassle-free. Staff were kind and room service was reliable. There was a lingering smell of weed and strange smell in the hallways sometimes. The elevator didn’t work for half of my stay. They were also in the middle of remodeling, so there were lots of movements and boxes lying around. The area was not exactly the best, there were some sketchy people hanging around the outside and the lobby. One night the police were there because there was reportedly a woman trying to break into a room. Overall, I had no issues. This was adequate for me traveling solo. Don’t come here expecting a high-end hotel. You get what you’ll pay for.
