  My daughter and I stayed the weekend for the Pokecon. The hotel was a 10 minute drive from the location. The hotel exceed our expectations. It was very clean amd the shower was amazing. Newly renovated and very nice! The breakfast was great, comfy beds, and did I mention the room was very clean! I would recommend staying to everyone. The price was great and the location was as well! 10 out of 10 recommend!!!

  Really great hotel. Cheap prices, clean rooms, great service. The breakfast was pretty good too; the pancakes were so yummy.

  The hotel is clean and neat, room was kind of small but it was neat. Clean and fresh smelling. Bed was comfortable. It is convenient to many different coffee shops, restaurants and the interstate. Staff was very nice. Breakfast was typical but tasty. Price was very reasonable. It's also in a very nice area so we felt secure.

  The room smelled bad and was hard to sleep in. Blankets weren’t comfortable, they were stiff and hard. The room smelled sour. The a/c wasn’t working well. We sweated throughout the night. The carpets felt gross. The put us on the 2nd floor with all my luggage and stroller even though there were several rooms below us unoccupied. The bathroom was super tiny, with no shelves to put toiletries in the shower. I can’t believe this is a Best Western bc I’ve never had such a negative experience at a Best Western.

  This was definitely a “get what you pay for” kind of stay. The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating — honestly some of the nicest I’ve encountered, and if that were the only factor, I’d gladly stay here again. The room seemed clean at first, but unfortunately, I had to kill three roaches over the course of my two-night stay. That’s a dealbreaker for me. I’m confident the hotel would’ve tried to address the issue if I had reported it, but since they were fully booked and I didn’t want to disrupt our trip, I kept quiet. Still, roaches are a nonnegotiable, and I could never stay here again because of that. I wanted to share this so future guests are aware of the possibility before booking.
