  Booked a room with specific amenities, but given a different room on arrival. When asked about the room, front desk said this was not available and nothing could be done. This was despite having advertised it and that the booking described the room. There was no effort put into trying to make this situation right by front desk or corporate. Would not have booked if I had known this, and will not book again.

  Our club soccer team recently stayed at the Best Western in Fort Washington, and the staff made our experience outstanding! From check-in to check-out, everyone was friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Tracy and Virginia at the front desk were absolutely amazing. They helped us organize a meeting room for our Saturday night pizza party and even suggested a great local restaurant that delivered delicious food. Their kindness and attention to detail made everything so easy for our team. Akhil, the housekeeping supervisor, was also incredible. He checked in with us throughout the weekend, made sure our rooms had everything we needed, and was always available with a smile. The newly updated rooms were clean and comfortable, but it was truly the warm, attentive staff that made our stay exceptional. Huge thanks to Tracy, Virginia, and Akhil for making our weekend extra special — we’ll definitely be back!

  The location seemed sketchy upon entry. The outside is under construction and a bunch of mattresses were in the parking lot. The elevator took forever so we took the steps to find a pizza crust in the stairwell that remained there our entire trip. The toilet water didn’t flush properly and had to jiggle the knob for it to stop running. The room served its purpose for a brief overnight stay.

  Roaches in my room. No phone. No clock. Bathroom was deplorable. Huge patch on porcelain bottom.fitness room nonfunctional and dirty. Front desk offered refund when I gave him the rush in a cup. They billed me full price for everything. No apology. No accountability. Horrible place. Management wrote me about hoping to see us again - don’t stay here!!!
