Wouldn't allow late check out so we could go to a funeral. Extremely poor service. We would've been fine with paying a fee but instead were denied the option because of a "conference" coming on a Saturday... Right. Makes sense.
Update: I spoke to the manager Nickheel. He seems like an ok guy. We were technically granted a late check out as requested, however my frustration lies with the fact were not told we would be charged for an additional day for a one hour later checkout. When we attempted to gain clarity as to why we were charged this way, we were directed to speak to the manager. Again, he is an ok guy, however the whole thing began with what seemed like an interrogation. After some back and forth he agreed to talk to the front desk attendant and get back to me. When he called back, he claimed we had not checked out until 1pm that day, which was false. I pushed back and urged him to check his security footage. He acquiesced and agreed to only charge a late check out fee, which would have been fine if it was told to us up front. All in all, I'm displeased with the service here. As I could tell from other reviews, people have also had issues with being charged unjustly.
Very nice hotel, didn’t even need to reserve a room. Room was clean, staff were friendly.

I would give Zero stars if at all possible. Their cleaning staff did a sub par job on my room, if they even did actually clean it before I left. I was only there for one night for work. By the time I actually made it to the hotel room I was to exhausted to bother with it. Within about 4 hours of me checking out, I was given a phone call that they were going to charge me an additional $100 for a damaged microwave that I never used or touched. I went back to the hotel to ask to see the microwave and plead my case. They were not willing to help or show me proof of the so called "damage." I then spent the next couple months making phone calls back several times a week as I was told I would get a refund for the whole ordeal. All the manager did was draw out the whole scenario and end up offering $50 off the damage, which I actually never received. I wanted to share this to try and prevent others from having the same problem I did. I would not recommend to ever stay here, nor to give them any money period. If for some reason you find yourself here, please record your entry into the room and check everything and then do the same on your way out to provide evidence in case the do the same to you as me. I now do this very practice myself, but should not have to. I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by this place, all they want is to squeeze any extra penny out of you they can for any reason.
