- KPK P5 days ago5.0Stayed here some time ago. The rooms were clean. Breakfast was decent. Staff was very nice. This is a unique BW. The rooms and buildings are in a cute layout. The hotel is right off I-84.
- BBBunnyOct 20, 20251.0TERRIBLE service. Staff is rude, rooms are not maintained, breakfast was always late and they were always out of coffee. The day I checked out this one woman who worked in the kitchen kept banging on my door, asking why I haven't left yet. I kept telling her that I requested a late checkout and it was not noon yet. She awkwardly laughed in my face and said "that doesn't sound like my problem," then rudely walked away when I was talking to her.

- SRSimone RAug 23, 20251.0Terrible Experience – I stayed at the Best Western Fishkill Inn & Suites for a 3-night family trip, and unfortunately, it was a horrible experience from start to finish. Our room had a roach infestation, which is completely unacceptable. When I reported it to the front desk, the staff offered little to no support. The only compensation provided was a refund for one night, which didn’t feel adequate given the circumstances. Customer service was especially disappointing. I was even dismissed by the overnight front desk staff because I wasn't part of the military, which made the interaction feel unfair and unprofessional. Other major issues: • Rooms are only cleaned during stays longer than three days. • Guests are expected to dispose of their own trash. • You must walk to the front desk to get fresh towels or linens—nothing is brought to your room. Overall, the property felt poorly managed and guest comfort clearly wasn’t a priority. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.
