  The hotel changed a $150 deposit and the charge went through. Called the hotel and the lady said it was because we had a pet. We did NOT have a pet! Called corporate and they said they have to view video footage. This is ridiculous, my husband and I only spent 3 hours in the room to shower and relax after a concert we went to before driving home.

  This hotel was very clean, and had lots of amenities. The front desk staff, and management are super friendly. They were able to assist me with everything I needed or asked for. My questions were answered clearly. The breakfast was hot, and I enjoyed the waffle maker. The housekeepers working hard in the rooms always gave me a friendly smile, and hello when I walked past. I recommend this hotel for anyone traveling solo, or with family and friends.

  Rooms were ok but they overcharged my account multiple times said I had snacks and I didn't. Then when I called they gave me a fake email to dispute.. so you telling me I checked in at 2 am and out at 11 didn't get any snacks that I was billed for. Your front desk guy said to grab a soda... and all these charges are right???? Lier
