  Service of the front desk and management is lacking. Cleaning staff does a good job. Sound transmission between rooms is excessive.

  Expensive ,lots of extras fees,took two Dogs had to pay a high cleaning fee without explaining why.Not once ese my room cleaned either in the three days i was there

  200 dollar cleaning charge of the carpet,no explanations and a lack of customer service,very nice front desk attendant but a charge that high without explanation is unreasonable.Nothing was done to the carpet to warrant such a charge,pet fee was also paid.

  I had a great stay at Best Western Firestone Inn. The front desk attendant, Collin, was extremely accommodating and helpful throughout my visit. I really appreciated the extra effort he put in by walking the parking lot to keep an eye on guests’ cars it gave me a lot of peace of mind. Excellent service and a great experience overall. Highly recommend!

  The staff was courteous and helpful. The room was clean. The bed was comfy. Breakfast was wonderful. And there is a nice indoor pool and hot tub. A great value and just off of I-25. We liked it so much we decided to stay there again on our way home.
