  Everything was very nice, except for breakfast. Excellent variety, but Im not sure what the "bacon" was made from. Tiny thin pink strips, see through, very flimsy and greasy. Like paper. Terrible! The sausage was so spicy I had to excuse myself. The snacks and drinks they offer, WAY over priced! $5 for a Cup-of- noodles. Loved the location and service was nice.

  Beware. The room you book, you will not get. I booked a drive up room, (which costs more) and at check in they attempted to put me in a room on the second floor and down a hall. I asked why I am not getting the room I paid for. The reply: “Oh the owner closes that side”. He went ahead and gave me the “closed” side, only to find plenty of cars in the parking lot on that side of the “closed” area. (All parked in front of their “drive up” rooms). This is the only BW hotel I’ve stayed in that doesn’t give you two complimentary bottles of water at check in for platinum members. I did find the rooms to be clean. I can also say, that this particular BW has the best free breakfast out of the MANY I have stayed in. It’s so unfortunate to have to give a 1 star review on this hotel for “service”. I rated the other categories higher. But 1 star is what you need for room switching in 2025. That’s an old outdated maneuver from the 1950’s. Please stop doing that. I don’t know the reasons you do it, but it’s “sus”.

  I booked and paid for only one night at Best Western Fairfax through booking.com with my TD Bank debit card - which has been approved and accepted via booking.com. When I arrived, Best Western Fairfax stated they have not received any transaction from booking.com and charged me AGAIN on my AMEX credit card. I spoke with a representative at booking.com, Jomari, and he stated he spoke with the Best Western Fairfax manager who will cancel the AMEX credit card charge as they have already received payment through booking.com TD debit card. Today, AMEX posted a charge from Best Western. Why is there no refund as promised? I only stayed at Best Western for one night but there are still 2 different charges - on a debit card (through booking.com) and a credit card (on site by Best Western). The room and bathroom were clean and just what I needed for one night. Thankfully, I didn't experience any bedbug or rodent issues that previous reviewers experienced in their own rooms. The bedding material was rather rough but I was able to sleep fine. The entrance to get into the hotel was rather tricky and is easy to miss the first time. I felt somewhat safe as it was well lit and the drive up room made it better. The location was great as it is only 15 minutes away from Centreville - Gavi is a really cute coffee/pastry/sandwich shop.

  Very clean room, I can tell the room was cleaned with bleach by the smell, I gave a 4 star only because of a few gnats. breakfast was fantastic, There was about anything there you would like to eat.

  I had a service dog that property knew about him, I stayed total over a month, while staying my dog passed and next day I left the room clean it my self and this guy named Reji he is a manager which I ‘ve never seen for a month treating me with a charge for smoking first when they found out no smoking happened which never smoked in the room anyways he thinks room still smells because of my passing dog while staying! Unbelievable person this Reji guy I cant even call him a person or human being! This is what they to you if you stay little longer so be careful with this guy!
