    Don't stay here, the pictures are not what you are getting. Creative lighting at its best. Rooms smell and are so humid your bed is moist

    Vine de vacaciones y me hospede 10 días y fue una experiencia muy agradable el hotel limpio las chicas de limpieza fueron muy amables y pacientes y lo mejor todo me quedaba muy cercas y hasta caminando... Muy buenos restaurantes alrededor y tiendas departamentales.... 100% recomendado

    We were in town visiting for my family reunion and decided to stay here. We checked in around 12 midnight and I was super exhausted. After sanitation, showering, and settling in I tried calling the front desk to inform her of my concerns, but the room phone didn’t work. I called using my cell and was told I needed to speak with the manager at checkout. I requested the manager whom was cleaning rooms by the name of Mike. He was the worse manager I’ve ever encountered. He was very unprofessional and hostile upon arrival! I informed him about 4 issues and showed pictures (phone didn’t work, pillow case dirty, shower head had a lot of build up and tub stopped up) and his reply was, ‘I should’ve asked for a refund the night prior versus staying the entire night’. I pray for the other sweet front desk clerks that has to deal with someone like him and his tone. He didn’t offer and apology or anything. Also stated his wife checks the rooms, as if I was lying. I would NEVER stay here again!! I recommend LaQuinta down the street. I was soo sad they didn’t have any availability.

    Stayed there this past weekend got my receipt the receipt said 165.80 and that’s what it was suppose to be 165.80 and they charged me 215.80 and 100 accidental and said they would make it right by fixing it to 165.80 and they still haven’t got it fixed and still haven’t got my $100 accidental back I’m very upset
