  The hotel itself has a modern pleasing appeal and is clean. I was disappointed in the room because of all of the simple fixes that have been ignored. It started when I went to sit on the couch and encountered suspicious stains on the cushions. I opted not to sit on the couch. The bathroom door was hard to open because it dragged along the floor. The bathroom itself had mold and the sink faucet dripped. The curtains had holes in them and the sheers were dirty and shredded. Maid service didn't clean the room on one of the two full days of my stay. This may be their normal routine, if so, they did not tell me. I shared most of this with Margarita at the front desk on my first morning. She offered to move me to a different room. By then I was settled in and wasn't confident that the other room would be any better. She did share with me that they had ordered new curtains. Margarita was very gracious and professional and seemed to have to take care of everything including the front desk, phones, and the breakfast area. Meanwhile, none of the issues were attended to during my stay. I gave the enclosed note to Margarita when I checked out. Hopefully they update the room to its potential because it really is a nice property.

  Water could of been hotter for shower but was satisfactory. Hotel in a perfect area. Front desk were friendly and helpful. Room was clean, remote didn't turn on TV but other than that it worked. Hotel guest were somewhat loud and some drama but can't blame it on the hotel. They did correct issues apparently and quickly.

  My husband booked a room for himself and our son to attend GrrCON. When he called to place the reservation, well in advance, he explicitly stated that our teenager is a wheelchair user and needed an ADA compliant wheelchair accessible room. He was informed AND it was on the website for the hotel that the room was completely accessible including roll-in shower. Upon arrival, it was discovered that our son couldn't even get into the part of the room with the beds because the door was blocked by a bed and was inaccessible. The bathroom was also not accessible. It was brought to staff attention and the room was switched out the next day for ANOTHER inaccessible room with a regular shower. Nothing was offered to resolve this and my family had to go to another hotel for my son to be able to rest and shower. Not only that but we were charged for an extra guest when we didn't have one and the third night that we couldn't use. We've been trying to resolve this and no one will call us back So not waste your time or money here. There are too many hotels that can accommodate disability requirements and won't lie about it
