  Checked into my room at 1:00 in the morning with my four daughters was given a room rate of $153. After checking into the room, I went to the room for a total of 10 minutes and was called back up to the front desk. Told that my room rate had gone up and then they tried to charge me $250. Having one more person then they allowed in their room even though I told them how many children I had with me. They waited until we were near asleep to wake me up and call our room. The owner of the hotel was very rude and now I am taking my children at 1:30 in the morning and getting back on the interstate.

  They gave us our room but, forgot ro put towels and toiletries in the bathroom. Rebecca the front door clerk apologized and made amendments immediately.

  Probably won't stay here again. We went to a women's conference and we booked the rooms together under one account to make it easier for the group (6 rooms 14 people) I called ahead to make sure everything was good to go, and they made an issue about not having my husband (the person we booked it under) there to check us in and told me they would call back to help us figure it out (the lady on the phone was really sweet) but they never called back so my husband called them back the next day and got it figured out. They also wouldn't match the room prices when they were cheaper online. But then when we went to check in they wouldn't let us because we had 3 people in a room they marked for 2 (miscommunication over the phone) and made us pay $50 more to add. I've never had any hotel be that nit picky especially when it didn't change the room size (2 queen room) we also had 2 rooms with people who couldn't climb stairs, and they don't have an elevator, so we had to change their rooms. Also when I went down for breakfast at 7:30am all of the "hot food" was completely gone and the selections in general were not up to what a typical best western has. And this is small, but the plug to hair dryer in the room was rusty as was the screw on the electric plate. Overall the rooms were clean, it was just a disappointment compared to best westerns I've stayed at in the past. It took a lot of extra phone calls and issues to resolve and just not what I wanted to deal with for typical non issues.

  Private Quiet location off a state route. Rooms were very clean. Comforters are comfy! K-kups provided in room as well as 24 hr coffee upfront. Staff is very polite.
