- LDLyndon Dole3 days ago5.0Awesome Best Western we have ever stayed at. The place was so clean and smells so clean. Oh yes the continental breakfast is Amazing and I mean they have Omelet and scramble eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffles.They where serving more for breakfast then country club and its half the price to stay a night. and the staff was so friendly and very helpful with all our needs considering we had an elderly on a wheelchair along with us on the trip. From the time we called and the time we arrived at this BWestern the customer service from Nora the front desk to meeting the GM was even surprised how well they made our stay feel like we was at home. Customer service is 10☆s 👍 On behalf of My family and I, Thank you GM Zack and Nora for such an excellent customer service.
- RRRodney RockOct 26, 20252.0The outside of the building is being updated. The inside of the building needs a lot of work. The bed that I had was king size bed, and the right side of the bed was collapsed like the springs were totally collapsed.
- RSryan StevensOct 26, 20251.0First the room smelled bad. The description of the hotel said sauna, there was only a dirty pool. They were painting the exterior so they were running a loft all day which was loud. I work nights and slee during the day. I had to ge room for 3 nights. L, after getting no sleep the first 2 days I left and had to pay for another hotel. I was not offered a refund or free night. They just said see ya later! Def don't recommend this place

The staff were excellent, courteous, professional, helpful, and pleasant. They go above many on breakfast, with multiple options. Sausage, bacon, scrambled eggs, omelettes, biscuits w/sausage gravy, and more. I will definitely be back when I'm in town. They are trucker friendly also. Thank you Best Western Empire Towers for going above and beyond.
- RPRay PalmerOct 11, 20255.0I reserved the room for the Govt rate for the entire trip. When I got my bill I was charged the Govt rate for 3 nights and the price increased 40 dollars a night for the 2 night weekend.
