  Very close to the airport with Park and Fly access. We had room 115 with a shower that lets the water flow out into the bathroom. The shower curtain does not curtail the shower flow. This was a basic bathroom without a place to keep belongings off the wet floor. Not the best designed bathroom. Very nice desk personnel and driver.

  Very, Very small room! This is a good place for a 1 night stay however the road noise is overwhelming. Hard to get some sleep. Elevator broke the first day I was there and didn't sound good prior. Very congested parking. Do not recommend if staying more than 1 night.

  ⭐ 1-Star Review My son stayed at this hotel recently and was shocked by how much they charge for what you actually get. The fridge didn’t work, and he had to be moved to another room. The front desk clerk also charged a $100 deposit. On top of that, his card was charged $180.95, and his girlfriend’s card was charged another $188.95. When I asked about the extra charges, the staff wasn’t helpful at all—they simply said, “that’s the charge for the extra day.” However, he had checked out the next day, and the clerk had already confirmed everything was paid for two nights, which is why he stayed. Now we’re being overcharged, and no one at the hotel seems to know what’s going on. The manager (or supposed manager) was completely clueless. Please be careful—they overcharge and don’t take responsibility. Very bad experience. Definitely do not recommend this place.☹️

  This is the best place to stay if you have an early flight or late arrival. I was impressed with this place as I haven't stayed in a best western for years but was looking for a place very close to the airport and with a shuttle that started early as most don't offer shuttles until 7 or 8am. This was 24 hours. I loved that they have 24 hour shuttle and 24 hour free beverages in the lobby. There is also a free breakfast but I didn't have time for that at is starts at 6am and I left at 5,30am. I also loved the meditation room which had 2 massage chairs this is genius and much better than a pool for an airport hotel after a long flight. Friendly front desk and explained everything well. Just bring ear plugs though as some guest don't know how to be quiet and doors kept slamming in the night as they came and went from their flights. Not the hotels fault just people not being considerate. So as long as the price remains fair this will be my new go to hotel for ELP. Loved the art and modern styling of the hotel - very unique and modern and local.
