- DHDamien HoltSep 28, 20251.0Paid to stay here for a week. Room smelled awful like mildew and just plain dirtiness. Carpet in the hallways and rooms were damp and wet my whole stay. The staff are lazy and incompetent all except for the one white night shift lady. Breakfast are a joke and just plain disgusting. Place are rundown , dilapated and just overall disgusting. Now , here are the thing that will blow your mind. I see the owner on his hands and knees sniffing under people's doors in the hallway. The next day he tells my wife that he knows we are smoking and says they will keep the deposit. Well , we then confront him and say we are not smoking and how would he single us out and then he says well there were lots of people here and it were coming from your part of the building. And , also my wife are in a wheelchair , I just had surgery and my son are severely autistic. We were treated like criminals and this were one of the worst experiences we as a family has ever dealt with. Also , windows don't lock hardly and the back door are open 24/7 where anyone can walk in at any time. The pool are unbearable and over killed with chlorine. This place are lucky they can't get negative stars. They should worry about cleaning the place before accusing people for the smell of this dump. I would rather smell smoke any day of the week before I would want to smell the nasty curry they eat everyday that makes this place reek and , that's on top of the musty, mildewy and dampness. This place needs to be reported to the Health Department. Stay at Red Roof Inn even before this place.
