  Title: Disappointing Stay — No Wi-Fi for Two Days I travel nationwide for work, so reliable Wi-Fi is absolutely essential. It’s hard to understand how a hotel — especially one that hosts large corporate events — can go two full days without a functioning internet connection. One day would be understandable, but two days is unacceptable for a business-class property. The rooms are decent, maybe around a 2.5-star experience overall. The staff is very friendly and seems to be trying their best, but it feels like they need more direction and support from management or corporate. Hopefully, the hotel addresses this issue quickly — guests depend on internet access to work and communicate.

  This was so refreshing after a completely disappointing hilton experience yesterday. The room was wonderful and reasonably priced and also includes FREE breakfast! The amenities were awesome, staff friendly and helpful, and the breakfast staff ladies were amazing!!! I only want to stay at Best Western now!

  As always we had a wonderful stay here. Room was clean and quiet. Staff is always amazing here. Kudos to management for employing great people!

  Stopped here, back in August. Didn’t have a reservation, but able to check in no problem. Unloaded everything to our room & put everything back into our car. Room was disgusting! Dirty toilet & bathtub. Stains all over the carpet & chair. But the odor was the worst, we couldn’t handle that. Went right back to office and told them everything that was wrong & left. Found a better hotel, and paid about the same as what they were going to charge here.
