  We stayed at the Best Western in Douglas Arizona, I had the worst experience! They had no one at the front desk when we got there to check in,we waited 20 minutes for someone to show up at the counter, the lobby was dark, no lights on. The carpet is dirty, the entire Hotel has a bad smell!!! We tried to sit in the lobby at night just to get out of our room but like I said they have no lights on and they only have one channel to watch in the lobby and itt was a Mexican channel with "novelas" it's a very bad experience we had. We got charged $200.00 a night you expect more for that price!! And the sad thing it's the only "good Hotel" in town!

  We like how strategic the location for this hotel while stay here if need to got Doctor appointment for hospital nearby if come from far away like us for staying there,safety area easy access to got food everywhere

  Ice machine on main floor has been put of service for more than 3 yrs. Very inconvenient having to go to upper floors to get ice. When house keeping came in and changed my bedding and cleaned my room. I had blood stains on the comfort that they said was "clean" where the one I had on the bed that they took didn't have any stains. Also they left supposed clean towels in the bathroom that were "ink" stained. They wouldn't give me a new comforter because they said it was not the sheets dirty. I stay at this hotel for work and spend a lot of money staying here. Just thought it could be better accommodations.

  Excelente hotel, se descansa muy bien, comodo, limpio, grandes espacios, desayuno lo normal..
