- CLColleen LaBordeOct 23, 20255.0Was warmly greated by Sydney as so as we came inside. She was polite, prompt, professional and gracious. She answered all questions we had and is clearly well versed with the hotel. The room was nice… we had stayed at the Omni in Dallas the night before, for more than twice as much and the room was the same size but did not feel as comfortable. BW also had superior pillows. Would stay there again if ever in the area. One very nice touch is a note from the assistant manager welcoming you, a quick run down of amenities and a guide to the TV stations. I have never stayed in a hotel where you didn’t have to randomly go through the channels to see which ones were available. Saw Sydney again in the morning when we left. She was again professional and wished us safe travels. She is a true asset to the hotel.

The staff are very friendly and the management is top-notch and cares alot about how everything runs there. My room itself was very nice and well put together. Thank you and we will definitely be returning soon next year.

Les chambres sont spacieuses mais à priori comminiquantes et du coup on entend un peu ses voisins. Nous avons pu être changé rapidement car nos voisins toussaient beaucoup et très fort. Nous avons très bien dormi. La décoration de l'hôtel était charmante. Et nous avons pu utiliser la salle du petit dejeuner le soir pour manger notre repas (en nettoyant derrière) Par contre nous n avons pas utilisé la piscine donc nous ne pouvons pas en parler
