    I stayed here for just one night with my cat, and it was a terrible experience. I couldn’t sleep all night and ended up leaving early in the morning. The bed sheets were dirty and very old — I didn’t even want to use the bed. The room smelled bad, and the carpet was awful. I had to keep watching my cat so she wouldn’t lie on the floor. I didn’t even wait for sunrise or breakfast; I left around 4:30 a.m. because I couldn’t stand staying there any longer. I would never recommend this place, not even for a few hours.

    When making our reservations the lady said we could check do a early check in as early as 1pm. I told her that would be great due to we would be attending a funeral of one of our cousin whom lost his life in the plant explosion in McEwen on Oct. 10. She said would be just fine to come early. I also advised we would be bringing our puppy. When we arrived the guy at the front desk I told him we had a reservation. He said check in is at 4pm. I told him what the lady said on making the reservation he said you have to pay $38.00 early check in fee. I said the lady didnt say any thing about that on the phone. He was getting rude with us and couldn’t understand him(language barrier). He got on the phone with the cleaning lady and ask if the room was ready. Then he said well there wont be any check in charge this time but a $30.00 pet fee. We got our room key after all that. The room was clean but the toilet wouldn’t work the handle kept going in circles and the toilet lid didnt even fit the tank. Upon check out we over heard the clerk tell someone over the phone that they could come early as 1pm. I ask the clerk if there was a early check in fee of $38.00 he said no ma there is not. I told him about what happen on arrival . He apologized for that I told him he has a very dishonest employee working for them with that guy. We probably won’t stay there again . Oh the heat/air won’t work correctly with the remote . Good point there was no noise which is a plus and I love the little sitting area..too cute

    We have service dog they put us in double bed when we needed king. We were put in the back of the hotel and the 'bad' rooms as they call it. We use Best Western wherever we go. We will be rethinking our using of Best Western.

    ⭐ 1 star Found Bedbugs During My Stay — Be Cautious I checked into this hotel recently and unfortunately discovered bedbugs in the room. I immediately reported it to the front desk and decided to leave. I want to share this so future guests can be aware and check their rooms carefully before unpacking. I hope the hotel takes quick action. 10/11/2025

    I booked this room strictly on the reviews, cleanliness ??? No way I don’t know what level the person and or persons that gave this place anything higher than a 1 for cleanliness is but it smells and the linens are something I would have thrown away not put on beds for paying customers . I have dogs and paid an extra fee for them and I was put in a room where they. Must put all people with dogs whom don’t care for their dogs at the level in which I do. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone.
