  Don't go here. I reserved a room for my wife, had a Conformation number and the teller would not allow it . The wife and I will never stay in a Best Western again.

  I’d give 0 stars if I could. The pool wasn’t working, and when I asked about it the lady at the front desk was super rude & unhelpful and told me she didn’t know if it was working or not. Secondly I called and made my reservations in advance for the WHOLE weekend, Friday & Saturday night and to check out Sunday. When I got to the hotel all my reservations were incorrect so they had to change that and it was a problem it seemed like for the lady to do that even though it was their mistake. Then on Saturday as we’re getting ready for my aunts funeral the hotel tells us we have to check out because our reservations were only for Friday. How is it I talked to two different front desk workers and my reservations were still wrong? Not to mention it wasn’t just one room, we had 4 rooms in total for our reservation.

  good place near the river breakfast had good options and was good. my complaint is I had to go 4 times to the front to get my key reactivated
