    When I was leaving I noticed a car parked in a handicap spot with no handicap signs in the car. When the driver came out I told him he should not be parked there. He told me he was an employee of the hotel and drove away speeding through the parking lot. I also forgot a special and expensive pillow in my room. When I called to see if it had been found, I was told it had not been turned in. Also, the pool was empty. The website did not indicate that the pool was closed. Very unhappy with my stay. Will definitely not stay there again.

    Once we entered our room there was a light smell coming from the carpet it felt a little moist. Our bedding looked like a cat had clawed at it due to some marks around the sheets. Our room was a bit dusty as well however we decided to look past it since it was somewhat cheap. Later on we noticed one single ant by the tv and thought that maybe we had brought it in due to being outside but unfortunately that was not the case after we spilled some soda I used a wet rag to clean it up it wasn’t a big spill there was no sticky residue left behind at all yet just an hour later there were ants swarming that same towel, scattering around the tv, and even some near the nightstand by our bed. I understand that the spill might have attracted them but as a hotel I feel as though insects should not invade our room whether we have food or not if I could leave a picture on here I would.

    Avoid at any cost, the stairwell had a very strong trash smell for 3 days of our stay. The TV wasn’t working, the toilet water was constantly running, The pool was closed but wasn’t mentioned clearly on the website. The staff is friendly but the management is absolutely unprofessional. When I tried asking for a small compensation for the inconvenience due to pool closure they bluntly said it is your fault we can’t help. We had four rooms booked and regretted the decision. Zero chances of going back ever.

    What a SCAM! I booked the property in the evening and arrived in 10mins, she lied my card is not working and she can't check me in. Then she tried to sell me some other room with jacuzzi. I went to another hotel and my Chase Sapphire card does work, this lying shyster just got overbooked or ran out of rooms I reserved since she tried to sell me another one and that's why made up story my card is not working and cancelled on me burning precious time.
