- BSBlythe Scott4 days ago5.0Our stay was great and the room was clean and comfortable. I want to shout out one employee in particular, Elaine. I mistakenly left all of my insulin in the fridge in the room, and she went above and beyond to get it back to me. She is a gem.
- RMRichard MikOct 13, 20251.0Never stay here! The room charge was $98.39. When I got the bill there was a separate additional charge for $250. I called and the manager. She said that I smoked in the room. They charged me $250 to clean the room. The manager claimed they have "evidence" but she couldn't tell me what the evidence was. The manager said they would not reverse the charge. I explained that I don't smoke. And that I didn't smoke in the room. That made no difference. She absolutely refuse to remove the charge or provide the "evidence". They didn't contact me before they charged my credit card an extra $250 without my permission. I protested the charge with my credit card company. What a scam. Don't stay here. These people aren't honest.

The bed was really comfortable. The comp breakfast had a variety of food that we enjoyed 🥞 The hotel is accessible right as you go into town but the entrance from the street was a bit confusing. I think putting up signs with arrows would be helpful.
- SPSamir PatelOct 5, 20253.0Location is great off the freeway and big lot. I used the truck parking and left notes in section to give room close to my truck but was totally ignored. The front desk clerk needs major training as she comes off rude, doesn’t know how to switch rooms or upgrade, didn’t have waters for diamond select member nor thank me for being a member. Things that best western employees are taught to do. Room was clean and nice but floor was dirty and didn’t seem like maid mopped the floor at all.
